2. What data we process

We may process the following data:

  • name or preferred form of address,
  • email address,
  • phone number (if you provide it voluntarily),
  • message content from the contact form,
  • technical and statistical data related to use of the site (e.g. shortened IP address, browser type, visit time) — only after consent to analytics.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Contact and handling enquiries — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering a contract) or (f) (legitimate interest: responding to an enquiry).
  • Traffic analytics (Google Analytics 4) — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent given in the cookie banner).
  • Security and proper operation of the site — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Contact form

The form on this site is handled by Formspree (US provider). Form data is sent to my email address in order to respond. Formspree processes data according to its own privacy policy.

5. Google Analytics 4

After consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC), ID: G-SERMKP4WFF, to analyse traffic on the site. Google may transfer data to the USA based on appropriate legal safeguards.

This site uses cookies. Essential cookies enable the service to function. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are activated only after clicking “Accept” in the banner. We use Google Consent Mode v2.

  • contact form correspondence — up to 3 years from last contact or longer if required by law or ongoing cooperation,
  • analytics data — according to GA4 settings and cookie lifetime,
  • cookie preference storage — until removed from the browser.

Data may be shared with:

  • Formspree (contact form),
  • Google (Google Analytics 4),
  • OVH (hosting for adventro.pl).

9. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access your data,
  • rectification,
  • erasure (“right to be forgotten”),
  • restriction of processing,
  • data portability,
  • object to processing,
  • withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal),
  • lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority (UODO) (uodo.gov.pl).
